Bichlbach (Austria)

Bichlbach is a cozy ski resort that is part of the Zugspitz Arena ski area. Although the resort is located on a busy road, the evenings are very quiet. This is also one of the reasons why families and those looking for a peaceful ski holiday are only too happy to travel to Bichlbach. Après-ski is rare in Bichlbach so it's not the best place for party animals!

The ski resort of Bichlbach can be reached via the Almkopfbahn. Once at the top you have more than 35 kilometers of slopes at your disposal. The relatively gentle slopes are ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers but for advanced skiers , it's really too easy. After a day at Bichlbach's ski area they can make their way to the other ski resorts in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena ski area.
