Orcières Merlette (France)

Orcières-Merlette is a modern satellite ski resort located around 400 metres above the old village centre of Orcières. This small ski resort consists of only high-rise blocks and new building developments so it is not the prettiest ski resort in France. However, its lack of charm and character are compensated by an average of 300 days of sunshine a year and a very child-friendly approach, with all the corresponding facilities and provisions you would expect on a family ski holiday.
