When this ski area was designed and built, great care was taken to ensure that every skier would find what they are looking for here in the Val di Fassa-Carezza ski area. An excellent lift system gives easy access to all runs. Val Di Fassa is actually made up of several smaller ski resorts, generally connected by ski lifts. The largest of these are Campitello, Canazei and Alba, and this is also where most of the accommodation can be found. The area is part of the Superski Dolomiti area opening up endless possibilities for all tastes and levels.
Although there are a lot of blue runs here, the best area for beginners is situated in Canazei. Intermediate skiers litterally have the run of the mountain with over 80km of the 127km of slopes being made up of red runs! Three snow parks and plenty of other facilities for practicing tricks and jumps will keep snowboarders busy all day long. In case of lack of snow, about 80% of the runs have snow cannons.
